O,R&L Facility Services New South East Headquarters

Robert D. Owens, President/CEO of O,R&L Facility Services is pleased to announce the company’s purchase of the 24,000 square foot office building at 1646 33rd Street in Orlando, Florida. Located on the I-4 corridor, the facility will serve as the company’s new South East Headquarters.

The new headquarters facility will house corporate executive offices, business development and marketing resources, offices for field management, payroll and human resources support, and a state-of-the-art training facility. A ribbon cutting ceremony is planned for December 1, 2012.

Located within a City of Orlando Enterprise Zone, this acquisition demonstrates O,R&L’s recognition of the City of Orlando as a strategic business and commerce center for dynamic growth companies.
