Construction Management of the Soundview Family YMCA, a 38,000 sq ft recreational facility which includes two swimming pools. This construction project began with a sustainable and integrated design process. O,R&L teamed up with the YMCA building committee, architects, engineers and various consultants to develop a constructability plan that resulted in a high performance building delivered on time and under budget.
Construction Manager for a Cogeneration project with EPS Corp. The alternate energy project was for a North Haven Corporation’s five megawatt cogeneration plant, which provides supplemental energy to the existing manufacturing facility.

This 12,000 square foot multi-tenant retail space is an eco-conscious building incorporating PV solar panels, a windwheel, high performance insulations and mechanical systems.
